after my feature yesterday on my vintage tea towel wallets i emailed jan at poppytalk to let her know about my charming vintage wooden jigsaw brooches, she was so impressed she featured them aswell :) hopefuly il start seeing some xmas sales soon

i was reading one of my favourite blogs this morning (poppytalk) as i had my first cup of tea of the day at my desk and what did i find, my vintage tea towel wallet being featured, what a lovely surprise and great start to the day :) i am sending off my application form today to appear in a book all about making things from tea towels, fingers crossed i make it in

bedroom re-decorate

its all about the flat at the moment. My room is currently a total mess and in need of some tlc so i have decided to re-decorate it. i have bought a lovely cream thick carpet and have got some wallpaper samples, cant wait to get stuck in! i have complied a mood board of how i would like it to look. i want it to look quite luxurious which might proove a bit hard as the room is only 1.5m x 2.5m, but il give it my best shot

when i was taking a pic of my studio, i though id take more pics from around my little flat (im thinking of renting it out over xmas/new year) just thought i would post them up here also, since my flat doesn't normally look this tidy. I love my new coffee table that i bought at a charity shop last week

well i have been working on my new studio space for a while, its not quite finished yet, still need to put some shelves up etc, but its geting there, here's a sneak peak. i love spending time in there pottering away :)
