i recently received a very generous gift from my friend steph, a 1958 life cook book,i totaly LOVE these illustrations so much

since getting back on sunday (after a 5 hour flight delay!) iv been busy photographing and listing some vintage china flower jewelery that i'v had for ages, i thought it was time to dig them out of there boxes and get them to new homes where they would be worn and loved and on show

sorry about the lack of updates, for all you avid readers, iv been away on holiday to sweden and iceland, bought a few lovely things (il post pics later) but for now here's a pic of what i consider to be the best shop in reykjavik, it was an amazing antiques shop crammed full of the most amazing things, i bought a really nice flask but could have bought so much more!





we also went to the flea market but unfortunately didnt find any treasures
